My Story Dolls© are inspired from my love of the Chinese culture. Each is made from a specialty silk chirimen fabric underlined with fine cotton batiste. I love the beautiful matte finish that lends to delicacy of the light texture.

Each piece has a hand sculpted head using stone clay, then over-laid with the specially chosen fabric and painted in sensitive detail.

For the individual costume, I choose the fabric of silk, linen, and cotton to bring forth the best for each piece. My fabrics have been collected from around the world and many fabrics are vintage.
